SMART from the start. We will call ahead to confirm our time of arrival. We will turn up at the agreed time. If we don't, you will get the first hour free.
SMART pricing mean 'no surprises' pricing. If your work could vary from the original specification we will explain to you the reasons why and the practical and financial implications for you of different courses of action.
SMART means smart. Smart Services engineers will be wearing a clean uniform. Furthermore, we will remove and, whenever possible, recycle all our materials and packaging from your home and leave it at least as clean and tidy as when we arrived.
SMART talking is straight talking. At the end of each job, we will provide you with a jargon-free explanation of the work which has been undertaken, and show you how to make the most of any new equipment we have fitted.
A SMART team is polite, courteous and can-do. We will strive to complete work for you in the shortest time possible and work with you to minimise disruption to your normal day-to-day activities.
SMART equals service. If you're not 100% happy with the work we have undertaken, we will refund your money. |
